Refunds & Exchanges

We want you (and your pup) to absolutely love your purchase from The Golden Life. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info.shopgoldenlife@gmail.com with your order number.

Exchanges:

• Need a different color or size? We’re happy to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Customer is responsible for shipping costs to exchange items. 

Non-Returnable Items:

• For hygiene reasons, used bowls, waste bags, and opened kits cannot be returned.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right!
